Refund Policy for New, Unused Products

(available to purchasers only):

If you purchase a product directly from Umbro Tools LLC (“Umbro”) through the website, you may return the the new, unused product (including all original packaging and accessories) within thirty (30) days of the date of shipment, and Umbro will refund the amount paid for the returned product.  

The products must be shipped, postage pre-paid to Umbro’s third party fulfillment company:

You Must:

  • - Contact with your AB-Order Number in the email and reason for the return
  • - Support will send you a Return Authorization number that needs to be written above the shipping label on the box
  • - Pack the product securely, in the original shipping materials if possible
  • - Please include a printed copy of your original order confirmation email with the returned product

Incomplete returns will not be accepted.  Umbro is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Umbro.  We recommend that you ship your returned product to Umbro via a trackable shipment method.  You are responsible for customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage.

Promptly following our third party fulfillment company’s receipt of your new, unused product (including all original packaging and accessories), Umbro will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the credit card or debit card you used to make the original purchase.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, Umbro does not control when a specific bank or credit card company processes a chargeback transaction.  You are responsible for contacting your bank or credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback. 

Umbro will not provide a refund for a returned product that is received by Umbro’s fulfillment center more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase.  Umbro also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

This product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser.  It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase products for resale or cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than the website.
